EYE SHIMMER
Our shimmers are loose pigments that create bold, beautiful washes of color across the eyelids. Can be mixed to create your own custom color and added to your favorite lip gloss to create a shade that you can call your own. Use with our mixing medium iLine to brighten and intensify the shimmers color. Note* iLine can also be used to turn any eyeshadow into a liquid liner by dipping your liner brush in iLine and dragging it along the outer corner of your shadow tablet.
